Lainie’s Crossing Apartments is a 40-unit, 4-story apartment complex located at 8110 NE 51st Street in Vancouver, WA. Jolma Design is proud to be a part of this project, it is currently under construction and includes live/work units on the ground floor near Vancouver Mall.

Avey Court Apartments is a 19-unit, 3-story apartment complex located at 13609 NE 28th Street in Vancouver, WA. JD prepared civil engineering planning and construction drawings, reports, stormwater plans, and other documents needed for approval through the City of Vancouver. Construction was completed in 2019.
